Kim Williams has been involved in the management of commercial buildings in Austin, Texas primarily in the CBD area for 30 years for clients including, City of Austin, Crescent Real Estate, Principal, Illinois Teacher Retirement, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, and Walton Street. She has been involved in new building launches and her most recent success was opening the first WELL (IWBI) building in Austin Texas earlier this year, 2020. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management for the WELL, Class A building, as well as budget preparation, financial reporting, and tenant relations.

Kim is a proud Houstonian.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts from the University of Texas, in Austin. She holds her CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), WELL AP credential through the International WELL Building Institute, LEED AP BD+C credential through the Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), Fitwel Ambassador designation, and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas.  She is actively involved in the Trail Foundation of Austin and is a past vice president of IREM.
