Christine Pev’s management of commercial buildings began with building ownership transitions, launching and stabilizing newly developed commercial buildings in the CBD of Austin, Texas region.  Christine’s client portfolio has included KBS, Principle, Credit Suisse and most currently, the City of Austin.  Christine is the Assistant Property Manager for PDC. She supports the day-to-day operations that includes accounting, critical problem solving for properties’ operations, capital/TI project management and tenant relations.

Christine’s success most recently includes launching the first WELL (IWBI) building in Austin, Texas 2020 and the coveted, Kingsley’s Excellence Award, for Principle in 2019. Christine holds her WELL AP designation through the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) and is a proud University of Texas Alumni.
